A forthcoming meeting

EIT Food’s Next Bite Satellite will take place in Warsaw on 28–29 October 2026, focusing on resilient European agriculture. The invitation-only event is at full capacity and registration is closed. Its published agenda remains available.

Financing and meaningful results

Sessions will address who pays, benefits and invests in regenerative transition, carbon and nature-credit markets for small farms, farmers’ place in policymaking, and measuring outcomes. These are planned discussions, rather than an open funding call for Greek growers.

Questions from small Ionian farms

For the Center, practical support needs clear terms. Who pays for baseline analyses and training time? Who controls access to farm data? How are benefits shared and weather-related risks allocated? These are our questions for assessing future partnerships. We want monitoring to support growers’ ability to keep farming, with documented local work and access to knowledge. We will assess the meeting’s published materials once they become available.
